This contest is sponsored by Red Wire Blue Wire, Inc. (“Sponsor”, “us”, “we”, “our”, etc.). Only a few lucky celebrities receive their very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. As one of the world's most inventive entertainers and a global comedy superstar, Jeff Dunham is being awarded this honor. The Star Ceremony will take place on September 21, 2017 in Hollywood, California. A winner will be selected at random and will win the chance for them and a friend to meet Jeff and attend the ceremony. Subject to the Official Rules detailed herein, the winner will receive two round-trip coach flights from anywhere in the United States, two nights at a hotel in Los Angeles, and the experience of a lifetime!

How to Enter: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. To enter, you must submit all required information on the landing page of Jeff Dunham’s website and join his mailing list. By registering for the contest you agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the contest may be used by Sponsor and Jeff Dunham for any purpose. Entries are limited to one (1) per person. Any attempt by any entrant to submit more than one (1) entry, including by using multiple and/or different email addresses and/or identities and/or any other methods may void all of that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate in this contest is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address, as applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The winner may be required to show proof of identity. All entries must be received by August 14, 2017. Late, incomplete, or illegible/unintelligible entries are not eligible. By participating, all entrants fully and unconditionally accept these Official Rules.

Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Participants must be age 18 or older as of the date of the entry to be eligible. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, county and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Selection of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about August 18, 2017. The odds of winning depend upon the overall number of entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail at our discretion. If a selected winner is ineligible, if we are unable to make contact with a selected winner within 24 hours from time of the initial call/e-mail to winner, or if a winner fails to pick up the prize in accordance with our requirements, the prize shall be forfeited, with no compensation or other consideration owed to entrant.

Awarding and Delivery of Prizes: Winner will receive two invitations (one (1) for winner and one (1) for winner’s guest) to attend Jeff Dunham’s Walk of Fame Star Ceremony scheduled for September 21, 2017 in Hollywood, California, two (2) nights at a hotel (room and tax only, and such hotel to be selected by us) in Los Angeles, and if the winner resides more than 100 miles outside of Los Angeles, two (2) roundtrip coach airfare (on a carrier of our choice) to Los Angeles from an airport closest to the winner’s place of residence, to be used by the winner and a companion traveling with the winner on the same flights. We are not responsible for the winner’s ground transportation to or from airports or the Ceremony. The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash. If the Ceremony is cancelled, no substitute prizes are available. If the Ceremony is rescheduled, we are not responsible for any travel, accommodations, or other arrangements that are changed/rescheduled at cost to winner. All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the contest made by us are final and binding. All applicable fees, such as airport/departure taxes, luggage and security charges or third party fees, taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the bearer of the ticket and are not included and payable at time of booking. The winner and his/her travel companion must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. Once any ticket has been issued, the origin and destination may not be changed. In the eventuality that the winner and his/her guests resides in a city that requires transportation to their respective airline’s departure cities, the costs associated with such transportation are the winner’s and his/her guest’s entire responsibility. Frequent flyer mileage accumulation is not permitted. Use of upgrade certificates or miles for upgrade is not permitted. The prizes herein are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, whether express or implied by us. We disclaim all and any liability of any nature whatsoever for the actual performance, provision, quality or nature of any third-party product or service accepted by the winner. The awarding of the prizes herein and all elements thereof is contingent upon winner’s full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that if the winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required documentation, is found to have violated Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the prize may be forfeited. Entrants understand that we is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this contest and acceptance, possession, and use of the prizes or any element thereof. Jeff Dunham, Sponsor, and our officers, members, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, licensees, assignees and designees are not responsible for any typographical or other error in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, in these Official Rules, in the printing of the offer, the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize. Conditions of Participation: Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the contest if any fraud, virus, or other technical problems corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the contest, as determined by us in our sole discretion. By entering this contest, and as further set forth below, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless us, Jeff Dunham, and our respective companies, parents and affiliates and each of our respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize. Each winner may (in our sole discretion) be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration or affidavit of eligibility as a condition of receiving the prize.

Release: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JEFF DUNHAM OR SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ENTRANT FOR ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO YOUR ENTRY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR THE LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR OTHERWISE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SPONSOR, JEFF DUNHAM, AND EACH AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, PARENT COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNEES, LICENSEES AND DESIGNEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AFFILIATES”) OF AND FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEBTS, LIABILITIES, DEMANDS, OBLIGATIONS, COSTS, EXPENSES, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF EVERY NATURE, CHARACTER AND DESCRIPTION, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, THAT YOU OR ANY PERSON CLAIMING OR PURPORTING TO CLAIM THROUGH YOU NOW OWNS OR HOLDS, OR HAVE AT ANY TIME HERETOFORE OWNED OR HELD, OR MAY AT ANY TIME OWN OR HOLD, BY REASON OF ANY MATTER, CAUSE OR THING WHATSOEVER, OCCURRED, DONE, TO BE DONE, OMITTED OR SUFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH THE ENTRY AND THE CONTEST AND/OR ANY ADVERTISING, PUBLICITY, PROMOTIONAL, MERCHANDISING AND/OR OTHER COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, and in perpetuity, without additional payment or consideration at any time. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Limitations of Liability: Without limiting the terms of the Release above, Sponsor, Jeff Dunham, and the Affiliates are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen e-mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un- awarded, eligible prize claims. Further Documents: You agree to execute such further documents and do such other acts as may be required by Sponsor and/or its respective Affiliates to evidence or effectuate Sponsor’s rights hereunder; and you hereby irrevocably appoint Sponsor as your attorney-in-fact with the full power and authority to do so on your behalf, which power is coupled with an interest. Assignment: Sponsor’s rights in and to the entry and all elements thereof may be assigned, licensed, or otherwise transferred by Sponsor to any third party and such assignment will be binding on you and will inure to the benefit of such successor, assignee or licensee. No Waiver: No waiver by Sponsor of any breach by you of these Official Rules shall constitute a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of the same or any other covenant or condition. The expiration, termination or cancellation of these Official Rules for any reason whatsoever shall not affect the rights granted hereunder by you or Sponsor's ownership of the entry and/or any element thereof, the representations and warranties made by you and your indemnification obligations hereunder. If one or more provisions of these Official Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such illegal or unenforceable portion(s) shall be limited or excluded from these Official Rules to the minimum extent required and the remaining portions of these Official Rules shall be interpreted as if such portion(s) were so limited or excluded and shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms. No Partnership/Joint Venue: Nothing herein contained shall constitute a partnership between or joint venture between Sponsor and you, or constitute Sponsor or the winner the agent of the other. Neither Sponsor nor the winner shall hold itself out contrary to the terms of this paragraph and Sponsor shall not become liable by any representation, act or omission of the winner contrary to the provisions hereof. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and us, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of laws. All suits or claims brought in connection with this sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in Los Angeles, California. In the event any legal proceedings are brought by a winner to enforce its rights hereunder, such proceedings shall be kept confidential.
